Heavenly Hampi

2 nights/3 days


Days of Operation: Tuesdays


Day 1 - 4am to 3pm

  • Early morning pick-up from Arpora, Baga, Calangute or Candolim for your transfer to Margao train station.

  • The train departs Margao at 7am and arrives in Hospet at 2:30pm.

  • Once in Hospet, your hotel is just a short 5-minute drive away.

*Alternative pick-ups can be arranged upon request. Please see below for applicable transport supplements.


Day 2 – 7am to 7:30pm

  • Breakfast served from 7-8am.

  • Board the coach at 8am.

  • Spend the day exploring the architectural wonders of the Hampi kingdom.

  • Return to the hotel in the evening.


Day 3 – 6am to 5pm

  • A takeaway breakfast will be prepared for you by the hotel.

  • Board the coach at 6am for the drive to Hospet railway station.

  • The train departs Hospet at 6:30am and arrives in Margao at 3pm.

  • You will then be dropped off at your hotels.


Inclusions:

  • Pick up and drop off

  • Return train ticket (non-AC sleeper class)

  • 2 nights’ air-conditioned accommodation at one of the following hotels: Hampi International, Hotel Swati or Hotel Abhiruchi

  • Breakfast on Day 2 and Day 3

  • All transportation

  • English-speaking tour guide


Exclusions:

  • Monument and entry fees (payable locally): approximately 600 rupees per person


Optional Extra:

  • Upgrade to an air-conditioned train for an additional 1,200 rupees per person.

    (Recommended to book 30–60 days in advance)


Important Train Travel Information:

  • This is an extremely busy train and seats together cannot always be guaranteed. The earlier you book the better your chances.

  • The guide travels in the non-AC compartment, as that is where the majority of guests will be.

  • If traveling in the AC compartment, you will be escorted to and from the train station, but it is your responsibility to get on and off the train yourself.


Tour Cost:

  • 11,000 rupees per person (based on twin share).

  • 13,500 rupees for sole occupancy.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • 1,500 rupees per person deposit required at the time of booking.

  • Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable under no circumstances.

  • The outstanding balance is payable on the day of the tour.

  • If cancelled within 7 days of the tour, or in the case of a no-show, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full.

  • You are required to arrange your own travel insurance. Emazing Tours is not responsible for any uninsured incidents, injuries or losses that occur on any of our tours.
